Shipping Information:
Goods are delivered to parcel lockers throughout Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. In other foreign countries - by Lithuanian Post.
Order processing starts immediately after payment. The processing time depends on whether the item is in stock or made to order. You can find this information next to each item individually. The goods are manufactured in Lithuania, handmade, and the shipping term may take up to 10 business days. For earlier dispatch, please inquire individually.
When choosing urgent ordering (priority sewing), the amount for the quick sewing of the item (+10 EUR) should be transferred to the company's account, indicating the order number:

If the goods are manufactured - dispatch within 0-2 business days, for items in stock - please inquire individually.
Return Information:
The item(s) can be returned within 14 days*; *Perfumed body powders are not returnable or exchangeable. Also, individually tailored items (information provided next to the items) - are not exchangeable/returnable.
If you wish to return the item, please contact our team: info@cheremadam.lt, we will send you the product return form*.
*Please do not send the items until you receive information/the product return form from the Chère Madam customer service team (communication may take place via official email info@cheremadam.lt or official brand social media accounts). If you send the parcel independently without receiving information from us - we are not responsible for the journey and retrieval of the item.
Products are returned/exchanged in case the item is of the wrong size; received with a defect; did not fit;
The returned products must be undamaged and packaged in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed;
Money for clothes is transferred within 14 days from the receipt of the returned item when the item is returned to the seller (the item must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days from receipt).
